Update: performance issues with Auckland Storage

Performance has improved on the affected storage array in our Auckland Enterprise VM cluster but is still not running at an optimal level.  Our engineers are continuing to work on this issue and further updates will be posted when the issue is resolved.

Investigating performance issues with Auckland Storage

We are experiencing performance issues with one of the storage arrays in our Auckland Enterprise VM cluster.  Some customers may experience slower VM execution for a short period of time. The issue is being diagnosed and remediated.

Openhost Linux Plesk emergency disk upgrades

the Openhost support team will be performing emergency disk upgrades on some Linux Plesk hosting servers at 23h55 today.  This will cause a short down-time of approximately 15 minutes until 00h10.

Network connection failover

One of our upstream network providers has experienced a hardware failure.  This resulted in our peering with them to fail over to alternative routes.  During this failover, some customers may have experienced a short break in network traffic.

Hardware failure for AKL Enterprise VM Host

we have experienced a hardware failure on one of our blade servers in our Auckland Enterprise VM cluster.  Some customers may have experienced a short outage while VMs restarted on alernative blade servers in the cluster.
