To transfer a domain name already hosted with us please follow the below steps:

• Click the subscription dropdown box and choose All my domains

• Click the All my domains tab

• Select the domain you wish to transfer

• Click transfer

The next screen will ask you for your credentials (EPP or UDAI) and once this is supplied, you will progress to our payment screens. In the case of a New Zealand domain, the transfer has no fee. With International domains, you will be required to add and pay for one year registration.
