The new control panel

Our Control Panel has been updated on January 23, 2013.

  1. The home tab
  2. The Subscription drop down box
  3. Domain management
  4. Account settings
  5. Invoices and Billing

The Home Tab

1. Home tab

The new look Home tab is where you manage all your subscription resources. Access to Email accounts, Web site settings, File manager (via FTP) and Reports is located here.
This used to be called the System Tab in the previous control panel version.

Its now easier to manage multiple hosting subscriptions, by simply selecting the Subscription Dropdown Box you can jump to any of your hosting subscriptions.

Clicking the dropdown box will list all your hosting subscriptions.

Domain management

Using the subscription drop down box, you can jump to domain management and take care of domain contacts and statuses.

Selecting your domain can be done by following these simple steps:

  1. Select All My Domains from the subscription dropdown box
  2. Select All My Domains from the tab menu
  3. Your list of domains will be shown in the main display area
  4. Choosing a single domain will show the current information.

Account settings

The Account Tab controls your Account settings with us. From login credentials, to billing and store purchases - almost every aspect of your account with us can be managed from the Account tab.

  1. The Account Tab
  2. Store : Purchase and change current hosting / domain resources.
  3. Billing management : Invoices, Orders and statements.
  4. Account management : Login credentials, account profile and notifications.

Invoices and Billing

You can review your existing and previous order, invoice and statements from within the control panel.

To review your invoice and accounting information, once logged in do the following :

  1. Click Account tab
  2. Choose Billing History*
  3. Select the invoice, order or statement to review.

You can print or download the invoices as a PDF for your records.
