Steps:

1. Once you’re logged in, click on the notifications button (bell symbol) at the top right of the screen. It will show the latest actions against the account, but you can click on ‘Show more’ to see a full log of actions against the account.

2. Alternatively, you can go to the 'Account' tab and then 'Action Log'

These logs will document all actions taken on any subscription within the account. Not only does include from within your user but it will also any other user such as system.

3. If you click on any of the rows, it will open up more information and can even show the ‘User IP Address’ to confirm if the changes were made from yourself.

FAQ:

Some actions were taken against my account, but I don’t recognise the IP address.
Staff IP’s usually start with 210.xxx.xxx.xxx or 172.xxx.xxx.xxx so there may be staff input, otherwise go to https://www.whoismyisp.org/ and search the IP address to find out the ISP (such as Vodafone, Spark, etc.). If it’s not a staff IP, we can’t tell you who exactly made those changes.

How far back do the logs go?
As soon as the account was created. It won’t have the access logs from older systems, however.
