You can use the following settings to configure your email client:

POP3 Setup

Server Type: POP3

Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.co.nz
Outgoing Mail server: mail.yourdomain.co.nz

Username: mailboxname@yourdomain.co.nz
Password: The one set via your control panel

Incoming Port:

110 (No encryption (SSL))

995 (with encryption (SSL))

Outgoing Port:   587 (STARTTLS/TLS encryption)
  465 (SSL encryption)

Note: You need to use SMTP authentication to send emails via our servers.

IMAP Setup

Server Type IMAP

Incoming Mail Server mail.yourdomain.co.nz
Outgoing Mail Server mail.yourdomain.co.nz

Username mailboxname@yourdomain.co.nz
Password The one set via your control panel

Incoming Port 143 (No encryption (SSL))
  993 (with encryption (SSL))
Outgoing Port 587 (STARTTLS/TLS encryption)
  465 (SSL encryption)

Note: You need to use SMTP authentication to send emails via our servers.

Mac mail programs and some others may ask for a type of password for SSL or TLS, please use "Password" or "Normal Password" which is usually the default.

Mail for iOS (iPhone and iPad devices) have "Optional" fields for User Name and Password in the outgoing server settings. These must contain your email address and password.

Mail for Yosemite forces the use of SSL on non-SSL incoming ports. You may need to disable the 'Use SSL' option under the advanced settings, disable the 'Automatically detect and maintain settings' option and enable the 'Allow insecure connections' option.

You may also get a security warning which you will need to accept to use our system.
