How do I terminate my subscription?

We require terminations to be requested via your control panel to be certain the request is coming from you!


These are the steps to cancel a subscription:

 

1. Log in to your Control Panel

 

2. Click on the Account tab on the navigation bar


 

3. On the Account page, click on the Subscriptions button

 

4. Click on your subscription name for the subscription you wish to terminate

 

5. In the openning page, click on the Request Subscription Termination link on the right side

If you do not see a Request Subscription Termination link, it may be that you have an open order for renewal. If this is the case, you'll need to cancel the order first.

 

Steps for cancelling the Open order are as follows:

 

1. In your Controp Panel, click on the Account tab in the navigation bar

 

2. Click on the Balance button

 

3. On the next page, you will see an order with status Open. Click on the Order ID

 

4. Once open, click on the Cancel button

 


NB: The date will default to the natural expiry - you may wish to click the calendar icon and change date to the date you wish to end the subscription.

 

The above process needs to be followed for Domain Hosting and Domain Registration if you wish to cancel both of the services. Also, we do not refund any transactions for Domain Registrations for international domains. For New Zealand domains, the refunds are possible within 5 days of the registration or renewal of the domain.
