There are two methods to change your DNS records, the correct method depends on whether you have a hosting plan or not.
If you have a hosting plan:
1. Log in to your Openhost Control Panel 2. Choose your hosting plan from the Subscription drop-down box (top right)
3. In the main page Website & Domains: - For the domain in question, click on the arrow
- Then click on the DNS Settings button
4. You can either: - Modify a record by clicking on it then clicking on the Edit button - Create a new DNS record by clicking on the Add Record button then filling out the information
If you do not have a hosting plan:
1. Log in to your Openhost Control Panel
2. Choose the All My Domains hosting plan from the Subscription drop-down box (top right)
3. Click on the All My Domains tab in the navigation bar
4. Click on the domain in question
5. Click on the DNS Zone tab
6. You can either:
- Modify a record by clicking on it then clicking on the Edit button
- Create a new DNS record by clicking on the New Record button then filling out the information
NB: These changes will take 6-8 hours to propagate across the Internet. | |
