  • Helpdesk support hours are from:

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 19:30
Saturday to Sunday 09:00 - 17:30

 

 

 

  • Our SLA provides the following response times:

Helpdesk: 4 Hours
Tier 2: 4 Hours
Sales: 2 Hours
Accounts: 48h (Monday to Friday)

 

 

 


 

  • Please note that the following fees apply on after hours and weekend support:

    • Tier 2 support during normal hours is chargeable at $100 / hour (in 15 minutes blocks)
    • Tier 2 support after normal hours is chargeable at $200 / hour (minimum 30 minutes in 15 minutes blocks)

NB: The fees only apply if the fault is found to be caused by the customer.
