Dear Customers,

As many of you are aware from previous communications, we are in the process of migrating customers from our old, end-of-life provisioning system to our new one. Due to the one-off customisations and complexity of the old system we have experienced more delays than expected during migration. We sincerely apologise for these delays, our team are working very hard to solve the issues as they arise and progress the migration as fast as possible.
