How to add a wildcard e-mail address?

Overview. This article will show you how to create a wildcard email address. A wildcard email address is an address that is specified to receive all messages that are addressed to an incorrect email address for a domain.

  1. Log into your Control Panel
  2. Click on the Hosting tab in the navigation bar, then click on My Solutions.
  3. Click on your email Hosting Plan name.
  4. Go to the mail users section.
    1. Click on the Add Alias button
    2. Enter a user name
    3. Check the Catch All checkbox
    4. Enter the mail addresses you want to forward to. If there are more than one, separate them by a comma.
    5. Click now on Confirm Changes
