Mac mail programs and some others may ask for a type of password for SSL or TLS, please use "Password" or "Normal Password" which is usually the default. Mail for iOS (iPhone and iPad devices) have "Optional" fields for User Name and Password in the outgoing server settings. These must contain your email address and password. To view your incoming and outgoing mail server names, since we have multiple mail servers, the server hosting your emails may be different and hence you need to log in to your control panel to get the exact server details.

  1. Please log in to your Control Panel.
  2. Click on the Hosting link in the top menu bar.
  3. Click on the "My Solutions" link to open your solutions and open the relevant plan.
  4. Your Incoming and outgoing mail servers are in the Server Details section on this page.
