How do I change my user password?

Login to your account at anytime and can change your password using the following steps:

  1. Login to your Customer Dashboard here
  2. Click [manage account] in the left-hand menu.
  3. Select [change password] from the sub-menu.
  4. Enter your existing password in the first field, followed by your new password, and verify it in the final field.
  5. Click [Update Password] and this will update your user profile with the new password.

If you are unable to access your customer portal, you can request a password reset email with authorisation code from the account login page.
