1. When you log in to your account, select ‘Renewals’ along the top heading

2. On this page, it will list the dates and times of renewals. If you want to renew a domain earlier, you can select the checkbox next to the domain under ‘Pay’ and then select ‘Make Invoice and Renew’ such as below.

3. This will now make a new invoice for your account. Near the button you can select the method of payment either Credit Card or Online Banking from the dropdown, then click on ‘Pay Now’ to proceed.

FAQ

What is the longest I can renew a domain for?

If it’s already registered, nine years. You can renew a domain to a maximum of 10 years, so to get the full ten years this can only be done on the initial register.

If I renew a domain and change my mind can I get my money back?
If it’s a renewal no, this is bought as is for one year.

My domain expired, and I’ve just renewed it why isn’t it showing online?
Because the domain expired, it will have to propagate again, so this will take 24 – 48 hours.
