How can I pay for my services?

Payment is either done by credit card or Online Banking via POLiPay.
You can make payment without logging into your account through our Express Renewal
If you have multiple services due for renewal please log in to your secure account portal on the Domains4Less website:
Do you accept cheque payments?
No, due to the time it takes to process, we do not accept cheque payments.
Are your prices in NZ Dollars?
Yes, all the prices listed are in NZ Dollars and GST exclusive.
Are your payment methods secure?
All credit cards are tokenised and encrypted to ensure the information can not be relayed elsewhere. We use Payment Express as our payment gateway provider and it runs through their PCI-DSS compliant hosted page.
For online banking, we use POLipay (polipay.co.nz). When you pay with POLi the transaction is protected by your Internet banking security. Your confidential information is not disclosed to any third party, including us. POLi does not capture usernames or passwords
Why did my payment fail?
For credit card payments, we do have strict fraud rules put in place by our payment gateway. This means you may find that transactions over $200, multiple transactions from the same card number or IP address, or transactions from overseas do fail.
If this does occur, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org, rather than continue to try, so we can assist you. Alternatively, you can pay via POLiPay through your online banking, which also takes payment immediately.
