Can I cancel my domain and get a refund?

If you registered your domain in error, there is a short window to cancel it.
For .co.nz or .nz domains, you have 72 hours from the registration or renewal date to cancel the domain and get a refund.
For gTLDs or other domains (.com, .kiwi, .org) you have 24 hours from the registration date to cancel. There are no cancellations on renewals.
What if there was a spelling mistake?
As long as it’s within the cancellation period outlined above, we can swap the domain name over for you. If it’s outside these timeframes, you would have to purchase the correctly spelled domain name.
How do I get my refund if I am eligible?
