Setting up Email Forward in Domains4less
Posted by Tim Botherway on 11 December 2018 11:48 AM

First login to your Mail Control Panel, see here on how to:

1. Once you’re in your mail Control Panel you can select the ‘Manage Accounts’ tab at the top.

2. To add an email forward, you must ensure you have first created an inbox. See here on how to make an inbox. Otherwise, select the email you wish to set up a forward on and in its properties click on ‘Responder and Forwarding Options’

3. Under these options first select ‘Forwarding on:’ then specify the ‘External Address’ if is not another email under the same domain. If it is you can use the ‘OR another account’ option.

You may select ‘Keep a copy:’ if you wish the server to store any emails it forward. But be aware you will need to periodically clean up and delete any unnecessary emails as they will take up disk space.

Once complete hit ‘submit’ at the bottom of the page.
