Setting a Black / White list on your email addresses

Blacklists are used to block certain emails from ever reaching you. Meanwhile, a whitelist ensures that an email reaches you no matter what and bypasses the spam filter.


First login to your Mail Control Panel, see here on how to:


1. Once you’re in your mail Control Panel you can select the ‘White/Black Lists’.



2. Once you’re in here, you can select ‘Add Item’.

Here you want to first define which account (email address); then list the address of whom you want to white/blacklist; finally select what type of listing it is, either black or white then select ‘Add Address
