How do I change my Domain name's contact details?

You can update all registration details for a domain name, except for the Registrant name, via your customer portal on our website.

If the domain name is set to use your accounts default contacts then you need to update the overall account contact details. You can do this under the "My Details" tab. 

If you want to update just the domain contacts then once logged in go to the Services page and click on the 'Manage' button for the domain name.

Then click on the Contact Details section. From there you can update the domain names Registrant contact details and the Admin contact details. Make sure you are editing the required contacts and once finished click the save button at the bottom of the page.

If you wish to update your email address because you don't have access to the account, please see the "Change of Email address" form below. 

If you wish to change the Registrant name, you must complete a Registrant Transfer (change of “ownership”) process. You can see the "Change of Registrant form" below.
