Helpdesk support hours are from 08:30-19:30 Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30 Sat-Sun.

Our SLA provides the following response times:

Helpdesk: 4 Hours
Tier 2: 4 Hours
Sales: 4 Hours
Accounts: 48h (Mon-Fri)

Please note that the following fees apply on after hours and weekend support:
Fees only apply if the fault is found to be caused by the customer.
Tier 2 support is chargeable at $100 per hour in 15 minute blocks.
Tier 2 support after hours is chargeable at $200 per hour, minimum 30 minutes in 15 minute blocks.
