When you have an email only plan with domains4less and your name servers are hosted elsewhere, you will need to add a few DNS records via your registrar in order to use our mail service. Firstly, you'll need to get your current hosting IP address:

Step 1. Log into your Domains4Less Control Panel using your Email and Password

Step 2. Select your hosting subscirption from the subscription drop down menu in the top right.

Step 3. Click the Website & Domains tab

Step 4. Note the IP address below the name of your hosted domain

Step 5. You will need to log in to your DNS host's management panel to add the following records or advise their support staff of them:

HostnameTTLClassTypePriorityTarget
mail.<your domain name> 3600 IN A   <your IP address>
webmail.<your domain name> 3600 IN CNAME   mail.<your domain name>
<your domain name> 3600 IN MX 0 mail.<your domain name>

Note: Replace instances of <your domain name> with your actual domain name, and instances of <your ip address> with the IP address obtained from the Plesk Panel
