Hardware failure for AKL Enterprise VM Host

we have experienced a hardware failure on one of our blade servers in our Auckland Enterprise VM cluster.  Some customers may have experienced a short outage while VMs restarted on alernative blade servers in the cluster.

Please note that our FlexiHost phone support will be unavailable on Christmas Day and New Years Day. Support requests on these days should be sent to support@flexihost.co.nz and will be answered by our on-call team.

Support will operate as per normal all other days during the holiday season.

You will be unable to manage your cloud servers for a brief period during the maintenance window, this maintenance does not impact the functionality of your cloud servers.

Emergency Security Maintenance for Shared Hosting

Start: 10.00pm, 14 September 2016
End: 11.30pm, 14 September 2016

To allow for improved resilience of the voice network, we will be performing scheduled maintenance to change a router on

Thursday 25th August between 6:30am – 7am. 

The maintenance may result in intermittent voice issues during the day where a call may go silent giving the impression of a dropped call. 

We have a rollback plan in place should this occur.
