Scheduled MySQL Server Maintenance - September

We are writing to advise that we have scheduled security patching that will require reboots on our MySQL servers during the following period.

Start Time: 12/09/2017 22:00 NZST
End Time: 13/09/2017 00:00 NZST

The following database servers will be affected:

mysql6
mysql7

End Time: 16/08/2017 02:00 NZST

During this time, you will not be able to login and manage your account.

International Transit Degradation [resolved]

This issue has been mitigated by our upstream provider and services are operating normally.


 

Due to an issue with an upstream provider, are currently experiencing intermittent packet loss on incoming international traffic.
It is possible that some customers may intermittently experience some minor service degradation.
Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as a priority.

Network issue in our CHC datacentre (Resolved)
