Please be advised that on Wednesday, 23rd October the platform will be briefly down for maintenance. We expect very minimal impact for customers, less than 1 minute, however if delays occur this may extend to 15-20 minutes.

Dear Customers,

Upcoming Maintenance: Wednesday, 9 October 2019

Please note, we will be performing routine maintenance on our network on the night of Wednesday, 9 October 2019.

Selected legacy equipment will be replaced with newer devices, and we expect a short network interruption of a few seconds during the cutover process.

Updating this equipment will allow us to provide a more robust and resilient network for our customers going forward. If you have any questions, please contact our support team for more information.

Network Outage

Dear Customers,

We experienced an ongoing intermittent network connectivity issue since 9.15pm 27/08/19, which has affected all customers.  Our network engineers are working on resolving this and will get thing working as soon as possible.  We will inform you again shortly when all systems have been restored.

UPDATE: Outage has now been resolved.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Please note that due to required maintenance on our older Webmail product, your service has been upgraded to a new platform. This is a superior product which offers a more modern, user friendly and feature rich experience. At this stage Contacts from your old portal are not available, we are working on this and will update on progress soon.
