How do I send a support request from my Control Panel?

Step 1. Click Here to go to Control Panel and log into you account using your Username and Password

 

Step 2. Click on the Support button on the top right corner

 

Step 3. Enter your personal information and your request then click on Send Message

  • Do no forget to select the relevant department to your request
  • Do no forget to accept or be notified for the charges that may apply to your request

 

Note: 

  • Your message will be sent to our support team, and you should receive a reply within 60 minutes during business hours, or within 24 hours outside of business hours.
  • You can also access our phone details clicking on the link above the ticket form.
