How do I enable or disable SMTP authentication for an email address?

Step 1. Click here to go to Control Panel and log into you account using your Username and Password.


Step 2. Now Click on Email under Services tab.


Step 3. Your domains are listed on the right side of the page. Find the domain you wish to add an email address to, then click its envelope icon.


Step 4. Click on the Settings icon in the Email Addresses section of the page.


Step 5. Click on the SMTP tab. Authenticated SMTP can either be turned On or Off, by selecting the appropriate button.


Step 6. After changing SMTP settings, click the Save button to confirm your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
