  • Helpdesk support hours are from:

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 19:30
Saturday to Sunday 09:00 - 17:30

 

 

  • Our SLA provides the following response times:

Helpdesk: 1 Hour
Tier 2: 4 Hours
24/7 Emergency:    1 Hour*
Sales: 1 Hour
Accounts: 48h (Mon-Fri)

* Please note that fees may apply on after hours and weekend support.
