.com Domain Name Registration

Our upstream provider for .com domain names, LogicBoxes, is currently experiencing an issue which is causing .com domain name registrations to fail. 

They are currently working to identify and resolve the issue as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Intermittent Network Issue (restored)

9:20am UPDATE - Our engineers have isolated an issue on the network which has restored service to expected levels.

 

Our engineers are currently investigating an issue causing slow and intermittent network access.  Further updates will be made available as/when information is available.

Auckland Datacentre Network - Emergency Maintenance UPDATED

UPDATE 6/4/17: Maintenance changes have been successful, and all services continue to operate as per usual. 

We will be performing emergency maintenance on our Auckland Datacentre network tonight, in order to address a peering issue that our upstream provider is experiencing.

During the below maintenance windows, some customers may experience some service degradation.

Start: 10pm, Wednesday 5th April
End: 1am, Thursday 6th April

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Web Drive Scheduled MySQL Server Maintenance - April

Enterprise VM - Storage Maintenance in Auckland DC

Our engineers will be performing emergency maintenance on one of our storage systems in our Auckland datacentre.  This work is to replace a degraded storage controller and is being coordinated between 5:30am and 7:30am to align with the completion of our backup window.  During this time, some customers may experience a short period of slow performance while the storage system performs an automatic failover to secondary nodes.

Hardware issue with AKL VM host

We have experienced a hardware issue on one of our blade servers in our Auckland Enterprise VM cluster.  Some customers may have experienced a short outage while VMs restarted on alernative blade servers in the cluster.
