You will be unable to manage your cloud servers for a brief period during the maintenance window, this maintenance does not impact the functionality of your cloud servers.

Web Drive Cloud control panel is unavailable ( Resolved )

We are currently experiencing an outage on the Webdrive cloud (Fluffy) control panel. 

 

Customer management portal at https://cloudcontrol.webhost.co.nz/ is unavailable 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will update you once the issue has been resolved.

Rescheduled: Web Drive Scheduled MySQL Server Maintenance - December

We are writing to advise that we have scheduled security patching that will require reboots on our MySQL servers during the following period.

Start Time: 08/12/2016 22:00 NZDT
End Time: 09/12/2016 02:00 NZDT

The following database servers will be affected

mysql3.webhost.co.nz
mysql55.webhost.co.nz

Web Drive Service Interruption

We have been experiencing an issue with the internal DNS recursor, which may have caused degradation to some customers service.

This issue has now been resolved, and all systems are operating as normal.
