Service(s) affected: Web Drive Shared Mail Cluster
Issue: Web Drive wishes to advise customers that there has been a hardware failure on one of the nodes in the Web Drive mail cluster which is affecting some customers. Certain customers may not be able to collect or retrieve their mail at this stage while the outage continues.
Web Drive engineers are currently working on the situation and aim to have it repaired as soon as possible.
Further updates will be provided once available.
Update: Service has been restored to customers affected by the outage. Web Drive engineers are currently investigating the hardware failure and syncing mail from the last snapshot over to the active node.
